Overview
A marketing platform for a remote-first lead generation and brand strategy studio. It is built on Next.js with Strapi, so the content model can grow alongside the service line.
LeadSyft sells lead generation and brand strategy. That puts its own marketing under a harsher light than most. A studio that fills other companies' calendars is judged on whether its own site can do the same. So the build had to perform, and it had to keep extending as the service line grew.
The challenge
A studio selling lead generation has to show its own marketing competence. It also needs a content model flexible enough to extend as new services are added.
The service offer was still moving. New verticals, playbooks and packages were being added faster than a hardcoded site could absorb. A content model that assumes today's structure becomes the reason next quarter's launch slips.
What we built
Paired a Next.js front end with Strapi. That gives the team a fast marketing surface, and a structured content model they can extend without a rebuild.
A server rendered front end handles rendering and routing, so pages arrive fast. A headless content layer holds a model built to be extended rather than replaced. Adding a vertical or a playbook is a content operation. The structural work was done once, up front, on the assumption that the offer would keep changing.
- Server rendered front end with fast first paint
- Extensible content model for services, verticals and playbooks
- Pages editors add without a rebuild
- Conversion paths into booking and enquiry
- Responsive layouts checked at phone width first
Results
LeadSyft does not carry a measured before-and-after metric. The outcome instead: Paired a Next.js front end with Strapi. That gives the team a fast marketing surface, and a structured content model they can extend without a rebuild.
Technology used
We are technology agnostic by policy. This is a record of what LeadSyft required, not a house standard.

Explore web development →Custom software development
Bespoke systems for teams with a very specific requirement. An off the shelf product would force them to change how they work.
Explore custom software →IT consulting
Independent advice on architecture, tooling, and sequencing. For organisations deciding what to build, what to buy, and what to leave alone.
Explore IT consulting →This work sits inside our Grow solution, for teams facing the same problem.

LeadSyft FAQs
Because the offer changes. A design can be revisited cheaply. A content model that cannot absorb a new service line without a rebuild becomes the bottleneck for every launch after it.
It is created as content rather than as code. The structure anticipated new verticals, so adding one is an editorial task rather than a development ticket.
No. A site with a stable offer and few pages does not need this. It earns its keep when the content is genuinely growing and being changed by people who are not developers.
