Terms of Use
The terms that apply to this website. Work we deliver for a client is governed by the agreement signed for that project, not by this page.
What this page covers
These terms cover your use of drieverse.com. They do not cover work we carry out for a client. Every project runs under its own written agreement setting out scope, responsibilities, timelines, acceptance, and payment, and where that agreement and this page disagree, the agreement wins.
What this site is
This website describes services we offer and work we have delivered. It is written to be accurate and useful, not to form a contract. Nothing here is an offer capable of acceptance, a quote, or a commitment to a price, a timeline, or a result. A quote exists only once we have scoped your work and put it in writing.
Enquiries
When you send an enquiry we will read it and respond. Sending one does not create a contract or a client relationship, and neither does our reply. We may decline work, and we may tell you the work is a poor fit for us or should not be built at all. What happens to the details you send is set out in our privacy policy.
Do not send confidential material through the forms on this site. If you need to share something sensitive before an agreement is in place, say so and we will arrange a sensible way to receive it.
Case studies and client work
Work shown on this site is described with the permission of the client it was built for. Client names, marks, and product names belong to those clients, and their appearance here is a description of work delivered rather than an endorsement of us by them.
Our content
The text, design, code, and images on this site belong to DrieVerse Tech unless credited otherwise. You are welcome to read it, link to it, quote a passage with attribution, and share it. Republishing it wholesale as your own is not fine.
Ownership of anything we build for a client is dealt with in that client's agreement, not here.
Accuracy
We keep this site current and correct it when we find a mistake. Technology moves, and a page written today can be out of date later. If something here matters to a decision you are making, ask us to confirm it rather than relying on the page.
Availability
We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error free. We may change, move, or remove pages without notice.
Links to other sites
Where this site links somewhere else, we do not control that site and are not responsible for its content or its handling of your data.
Acceptable use
Use the site lawfully. Do not attempt to break, overload, or gain unauthorised access to it, and do not use the forms to send automated, abusive, or unlawful content. If you find a security problem, please tell us at [email protected] before telling anyone else, and we will work with you on it.
Liability
This site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of it or from reliance on information published here. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes
We may update these terms. The current version is always the one on this page, with the date at the top showing when it last changed.
