What we collect

We collect only what you type into a form on this site. There is no account system, no profile, and no tracking of you across other websites.

Contact form

Your name, email address, message, and phone number if you choose to give one. Name, email, and message are required because we cannot reply without them.

Quote form

Your name, email address, phone number, company, your role, the services you are interested in, a description of the project, and the project type, timeline, and scale of engagement you select. Everything beyond name, email, and a description of the work is optional.

Booking a call

The booking page does not embed a third party scheduling tool. It links to the quote form described above, and anything you submit there is handled exactly as described in this policy.

With every submission

Alongside what you type, we record the page you submitted the form from and the browser and device information your browser sends with every request. We also record your IP address, but only as a one-way, salted hash: we never store the address itself, and the hash cannot be turned back into it.

Where it goes

Form submissions are stored in our content system so we can find and act on an enquiry, and we are notified by email when one comes in. If our content system is briefly unreachable when you submit, we still receive your submission by email directly, so it is not lost. Notification recipients are people on our team; we do not currently offer a confirmation email for either form.

What the site loads from elsewhere

The typeface used across this site is hosted on our own server, not requested from Google or any other font provider.

Bot protection. Where a form has spam protection turned on, the challenge is provided by Cloudflare Turnstile, and Cloudflare processes your IP address and limited technical information about your browser to decide whether a submission is automated.

Third-party scripts we choose to add. Our content system lets us add scripts to this site, sitewide or on a specific page, without a code change or a deploy. In practice this is how we would run something like website analytics. We are not able to promise a fixed list of which third parties are active at any moment, because that is the point of the mechanism: it is precisely what lets us change it. When a script like this is running, the company behind it can see your IP address, browser details, and the pages you visit, the same way any website that loads a third party's code works. Ask us at any time and we will tell you what is currently active.

None of this, bot protection included, is used to build an advertising profile of you.

Cookies and browser storage

This website does not set cookies of its own, and it does not use browser storage to identify you. It does install a service worker, which caches pages and images in your browser so the site loads quickly and keeps working on a poor connection. That cache holds website files, not personal information, and clearing your browser data removes it.

How long we keep it

Enquiries live in our email and in our content system as ordinary business records. We keep them while there is an active conversation and for as long as we may reasonably need them afterwards, for example to answer a question about work we did for you. We have not yet fixed a specific retention period for the stored copy of a submission, so if this matters to you, ask us and we will tell you what applies. Ask us to delete an enquiry and we will, unless we are required to keep a record of it.

What we never do

• We do not sell your details, and we never have.
• We do not add you to a mailing list because you sent an enquiry.
• We do not share what you send with anyone outside the people working on your enquiry, other than the service providers described above.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a copy of it, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] and we will respond. If you are in the UK or the EU and you are not satisfied with how we have handled a request, you can complain to your national data protection authority.

Changes to this policy

If the site starts collecting something different, this page changes with it and the date at the top is updated. We do not change it quietly.
